Pay:
Full‑time position. New RT graduates without experience, recently ARRT certified, start at $28.40/hour. RT employees are eligible for a bonus after one full year of employment.

- Perform X‑rays in accordance with Primary Health policies and procedures
- Display the highest quality customer service on the phone and in person
- Assist Front Office Staff in managing details of patients, schedules, and referrals
- Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider and/or physician
- Provide clinical triage/communication as defined by protocol or per provider instructions
- Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients, including sterilization, cleaning, and checks on medical equipment
- Prepare basic laboratory tests on premises and prepare laboratory specimens
- Perform phlebotomy with proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all ages
- Assist the back office in managing patient flow, paperwork, and documentation
- Provide quality patient education based on assessment of needs
- Perform tests and procedures as ordered
- Accurately document patient encounters and interventions performed
- Relay provider instructions to patients
- Assist with all non‑direct patient care tasks (autoclaving, stocking room, scanning records, mailing, etc.)
- Aid in identifying methods of improving patient care
- Assist or lead in emergency situations
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the organization, i.e., HIPAA
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Qualified applicants must be ARRT registered or eligible to sit for the registry exam
- Customer service‑oriented attitude/behavior
- Computer proficiency. Ability to use applicable software as required, performing the essential functions of the job.
- Recommended vaccines to include annual Influenza, Hep B, TDaP, MMR, Varicella, and TB
Primary Health Medical Group is a drug‑free and smoke‑free workplace. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check and drug screening.
