• Serve as an internal expert for assigned payer programs, optimizing processes and communicating expectations
• Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional program execution, collaborating to solicit feedback and develop consensus
• Communicate goals and objectives of payer programs to internal departments
• Drive opportunities to improve programs aligning with ZOLL's corporate goals

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong reimbursement operations background with fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Proven track record of delivering results in a large organization through collaboration
• Knowledgeable in reimbursement and appeals processes
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to present effectively at all levels
