Role:
Lead the development and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) strategies for oncology products across the US product lifecycle, supporting evidence generation on treatment effectiveness, safety, and outcomes.
- design and oversee observational RWE studies
- develop integrated RWE plans aligned with medical and marketing strategies
- contribute to payer and market access materials
- liaise with external stakeholders including MCOs, CMS, and KOLs
- manage cross-functional teams and budgets
- MS, MPH, PharmD, or Ph.D. in healthcare-related field
- 5+ years in RWE, outcomes research, or health economics within pharma, ideally with oncology experience
- strong understanding of RWE principles, US reimbursement landscape, and cross-functional leadership
High Value: oncology, real-world data, health economics, US healthcare system, post-launch evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, regulatory interaction.
Work Setup: residence-based in the US, with travel as needed.
