Responsibilities
- manage study start-up
- conduct on-site monitoring visits
- oversee vendor relationships (CROs, labs)
- ensure protocol and GCP compliance
- review monitoring metrics
- support study documentation
- Mentors junior staff and collaborates cross-functionally with study teams, medical monitors, and vendors.
- BS/BA, RN, or equivalent plus 8+ years in clinical operations with experience in solid tumor or cell therapy trials
- strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, clinical trial management, and vendor oversight
- excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, Project)
- High-Value: biologics/cell therapy, solid tumor indications, early to late phase (including late phase), vendor management, GCP compliance, global and multi-center trials.
remote with up to 25% travel.
