Role:
Manager, Clinical Site and Participant Experience (CSPE) on the Clinical Program Optimization & Innovation team, focused on enhancing trial experience for sites and participants.
- build and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites
- provide proactive support and issue resolution
- incorporate participant feedback into study planning
- identify ways to reduce participant burden
- Collaborates across Clinical Operations, Development, Medical Affairs, and external partners, primarily supporting North American sites with knowledge of European operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years in Clinical Operations or Development, including 3+ years in site engagement roles
- understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations (GCP, FDA, EMA), and participant-centric solutions
- advanced degree
- global trial support
- remote work with 10-15% travel
- experience supporting serious or rare disease trials
- strong communication and relationship skills
