Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and related services in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care setting. You will screen, evaluate, and treat residents, develop plans of care, and discharge planning while adhering to state and federal rules.
You will supervise COTA's and rehab techs, partner with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with OBRA and company policy.
