Nursing Supervisor - Home and Community Based Services

Program Coordinator, QIDP, responsible for developing and implementing service plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Training and mentoring Direct Care Staff and House Leads
• Facilitating contact with participants' families and supporting their well-being
• Developing and overseeing individualized service plans and ensuring timely reviews
• Enforcing organizational and regulatory policies
• Supporting staff development through training, hiring, and evaluation

• At least 18 years old with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) certification
• Minimum 1-year supervised experience with the population served
• Ability to pass criminal background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid automobile insurance and ability to obtain medication assistance cards
