Join our downtown hotel team as an Evening Manager, overseeing hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Front Desk for efficient check‑ins and check‑outs
- Support team members in handling guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to hotel policies
- Train and monitor Front Office, Rooms, and Dining teams for consistent performance
- Conduct shift briefings, audits, and ensure lobby and café areas are well‑maintained
- Assist other departments and maintain positive team relationships
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic supervisory or team management skills
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in IT applications
- Shift hours: 2‑10 pm; weekend availability required
