Join our downtown hotel team as an Evening Manager, overseeing hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Supervise Front Desk for efficient check‑ins and check‑outs
• Support team members in handling guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to hotel policies
• Train and monitor Front Office, Rooms, and Dining teams for consistent performance
• Conduct shift briefings, audits, and ensure lobby and café areas are well‑maintained
• Assist other departments and maintain positive team relationships

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Basic supervisory or team management skills
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Flexible, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in IT applications
• Shift hours: 2‑10 pm; weekend availability required
