TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

Summary Provides regional administrative, entry‑level recruitment and onboarding support to local Talent Acquisition teams, delivering an exceptional service to hiring managers, internal colleagues and external applicants while complying with the hiring process.

Requirements
  • Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes normally obtained through an Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or customer service support role in a high‑volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
What You Will Do
  • Provide recruitment coordination support, including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre‑screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry‑level positions or high‑volume openings.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding candidacy status and outcome of interview/selection process in partnership with the System Office HRSC Candidate Support team.
  • Schedule interview dates, health screens, arrange candidate travel logistics, and orientation events.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for tasks required on‑site (e.g., fingerprinting, I‑9 verification, badge photos).
  • Compile and prepare regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities.
  • Coordinate local and regional recruiting events and maintain event calendar.
  • Assist colleagues, department managers and Talent Acquisition team with basic and moderately complex recruitment issues (e.g., Workday TA module technical support and assistance, candidate status queries, TA process questions).
  • Process and track billing statements/invoices.
  • Maintain knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies and culture to market, recruit and source appropriate applicants.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including ads, direct mail campaigns, internet postings, etc.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, and other policies to ensure adherence in a professional manner.
  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Flexible with handling and prioritizing completion of multiple tasks/projects in a timely and organized manner.
