Role
HR Leader responsible for designing and implementing the company's first performance management and organizational development frameworks during its US commercial launch.
Responsibilities- serve as primary HR partner to leaders

- oversee onboarding, engagement, and communications
- assess and evolve HR operating models
- leverage AI and automation to enhance HR processes
- collaborate with senior leadership on talent and organization strategies
- 7-10 years of HR experience supporting organizational growth
- expertise in employee relations, performance management, and Total Rewards
- strong communication and judgment skills
- ability to work independently with senior leaders
- experience in scaling organizations, transformation, or commercialization, and applying HR technology solutions
- bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, advanced HR certifications a plus
- supporting fast-growth biopharma organizations; focus on scaling HR functions; aligning HR strategy with commercial inflection point
- remote work with 15% travel
