Vendor Manager, Linguist Network

Build and look after the linguist network behind every FAS project: find people, test them, onboard them and keep them working with us.

Every application to this page lands with you. You decide who gets a skills check, keep our vendor database honest and make sure good linguists want to stay. The role is part recruiting, part quality data and part relationship care.

• Source and screen linguists for new pairs and specializations.
• Run skills checks and track MQM results over time.
• Onboard new vendors: NDA, tools, style guides and payment setup.
• Keep rates, capacity and quality scores accurate in the vendor database.
• Handle feedback, disputes and payment questions fairly and quickly.

• At least 1 year in vendor management, recruiting or translation.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data and a structured process.
• Clear, fair written communication in English.

• Knowledge of ISO 17100 qualification rules.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or vendor portal.

• Remote-first, with flexible hours across time zones.
• Direct work with our Senior Project Manager and real ownership of your area.
• A modern stack: AI pipeline, TMS and automation, not spreadsheets and email chains.
