Задачи:- Plan, develop, manage, and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies across the Overland Transport Division
- Shape and drive the divisional Talent Acquisition strategy, translating Group initiatives into effective divisional solutions
- Lead recruitment for international roles and local top management positions across European locations, from sourcing and selection through to hiring
- Develop and standardize Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and best practices, including recruitment guidelines, interview and assessment approaches, and job descriptions
- Support and train HR and hiring managers on recruitment-related topics
- Represent the Division for the HRIS Recruiting module and oversee recruitment tools and platforms, including referral solutions, assessment platforms, and job boards
- Define, monitor, and analyze recruitment KPIs, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives with the Group team, including social media content, campaigns, and candidate engagement activities
- Track Talent Acquisition trends and innovation, applying new market practices, technologies, and approaches across countries and cultures
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related social science
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, including recruiting senior management and leadership positions
- In-depth knowledge of assessment and selection methodologies, including structured interviews, assessment centers, and psychological/psychometric assessments
- Strong understanding of HR diagnostics
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and matrix environments
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Hands-on and collaborative approach
- Fluent English
