Join Bright Star Care of Boise as a Recruiter to expand the talent pipeline and support onboarding, training, and retention for the field staff team.
Responsibilities- Generate new leads and recruit dependable, experienced individuals for the field staff team at Bright Star Care of Boise
- Develop, implement, and run active recruiting strategies to attract qualified field staff
- Screen and interview applicants
- Use applicant tracking systems and other online tools to source and attract top talent
- Conduct employee orientations to support proper onboarding for new hires
- Complete required follow-up steps during the onboarding process
- Execute required training programs and support ongoing employee development, cross-training, and career growth
- Build and maintain strong, positive employee relationships
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention programs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Transportation available to meet the needs of the position and scope of responsibilities
- Valid state-required proof of auto insurance
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Work location: In person (Boise, )
- Experience in a healthcare environment supporting field staff, including CNAs and RNs (highly desired)
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Human Resources, Health Care Management, or a related field
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management
- Recruiting experience (1 year preferred)
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
