** Role Overview
** The TA Center of Excellence Intern will support the day-to-day operations of Clearwater's Talent Acquisition function, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, systems, and analytics at a fast-growing, publicly traded SaaS company. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented, process-minded student who wants practical experience in how a modern Talent Acquisition organization runs behind the scenes — not just how individual roles are filled, but how the entire hiring engine is built, measured, and improved.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including requisition setup, data hygiene, and workflow configuration.
* Help coordinate interview scheduling logistics across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, escalating conflicts or delays as needed.
* Assist in building and maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to support data-driven decision-making.
* Help document and continuously improve TA processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
* Support onboarding logistics coordination, ensuring a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to day one.
* Assist with vendor and tool administration, including job board postings and assessment platform support.
* Partner with recruiters and TA leadership on ad hoc projects, including sourcing support, employer branding initiatives, and campus/early-career recruiting logistics.
* Help audit ATS and reporting data for accuracy and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
