Quality Assurance Specialist

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll craft and executetest plans, dig into software issues, and work closely with developers toensure top-notch performance and reliability. From writing clear technicalreports to helping improve our QA processes, your work will directly impact the quality of our products. • Evaluate and test new software features and bug fixes toensure they meet user requirements and design specifications
• Recommend improvements to testing procedures and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices
• Support Senior QA Specialists in implementing process enhancements and driving continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Engineering Sciences, Math, orrelated discipline, or equivalent experience
• Two (2) to five (5) years of software domain(s) experience and/or quality assurance experience with working knowledge of quality testing tools and systems
• Proven ability to diagnose, report, track and effectively communicate quality issues for several projects concurrently
• Ability to work at both detailed and conceptual levels
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced development environment
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire andability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at alllevels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients

• Knowledge of SQL administration
• Experience with property management industry

Annual Salary Range: $72,800 - $81,900
