About the Role

We're looking for a Buying & Invoicing Lead to take ownership of the Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) track across our procurement transformation projects. This role requires deep expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, catalog management, and guided buying, as well as a strong ability to lead client engagements and deliver high-impact solutions.

• Act as domain expert in Requisition-to-Order and Requisition-to-Pay
• Design and implement Ariba solutions using SAP Activate methodology
• Lead client workshops, define solution strategy, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and in-scope execution
• Develop functional specs and guide configuration, customization, and integration
• Support training, UAT, and end-user adoption
• Integrate Ariba with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through on-time in-scope delivery of projects
• Expertise in defining solution strategy and conducting workshops to gather customer requirements
• Prepare detailed functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms
• Guide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Ariba Buying & Invoicing implementation experience
• 5+ full-cycle Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs implementations
• Proven expertise in Guided Buying, SPOT Buy, and Catalogs
• 3+ years of business experience in procurement or P2P in large organizations
• Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration and customization
• Experience integrating Ariba with SAP ERP or S/4

• Must have knowledge of Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Catalogs, SPOT Buy
• Must have Ariba configuration, enhancement and customization experience
• Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
