We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams in delivering high‑quality software products. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who facilitates collaboration, removes impediments and ensures Agile principles are followed throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile/Scrum practices to improve productivity, velocity and product quality.
- Remove blockers and proactively address issues that slow down the development team.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure well‑defined user stories, clear acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs.
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity, sprint goals).
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
- Identify process improvements and implement Agile best practices.
- Support cross‑team coordination and dependency management in a multi‑team environment.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage a psychologically safe, high‑performing team environment.
- Ensure the team adheres to organizational processes, compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational agility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks:
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or Lean. - Hands‑on experience with Agile tools:
Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally or Trello. - Proven ability to coach teams and drive Agile adoption.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP.
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Background in software development or QA (bonus but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with metrics‑driven decision‑making.
