Through coaching, training, and advocacy, we foster a culture of responsible AI utilization across diverse business areas.

Position Overview

The AI Adoption & Change Navigator acts as a key agent for Micron’s AI transformation, facilitating effective integration and adoption of AI solutions. This role supports teams and leaders through structured guidance, targeted training, and continuous feedback loops to embed AI into daily operations. The Navigator champions user confidence, addresses adoption challenges, and ensures ongoing improvement of AI tools and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Hands‑On Support:
    Deliver on‑site and remote assistance to teams implementing AI solutions; adapt training materials to specific operational contexts and demonstrate AI’s impact on efficiency and quality.
  • Engage the Skeptics:
    Identify and address reservations about AI adoption; provide clear reassurances and showcase tangible benefits to build confidence and acceptance.
  • White‑Glove Executive Support:
    Offer specialized guidance to senior leadership, ensuring proficiency with advanced AI platforms and setting a standard for organizational adoption.
  • Gather and Relay Feedback:
    Collect and analyze user feedback on tool performance and usability; communicate findings to engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Ongoing Learning:
    Organize supplemental training sessions, office hours, and clinics post‑deployment; collaborate with training leads to update instructional materials in real time based on user needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years in customer success, IT support, change management, or a similar discipline focused on technology adoption.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to foster trust, provide effective coaching, and articulate the value of new processes or tools to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in collecting, evaluating, and interpreting user feedback or data to develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting AI or other digital technology adoption in a large enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design for tailoring coaching techniques.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages or experience working with multicultural teams (a plus for engaging diverse workforce groups).
