A leading healthcare organization is seeking an Associate Tech Support Analyst in Boise,  position involves supporting end-user services through strong communication and technical skills. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware and software issues and engage with multiple teams across their operations. This role requires a bachelor's degree, healthcare IT experience is preferred, and candidates must be prepared to work on-site five days a week.
