We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications :

• U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field OR 4+ years of relevant IT work experience
• CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Ability to support and maintain IT systems in an operational environment
• Strong troubleshooting and documenting skills
• Effective communication skills

Prior USAF or DoD mission-planning experience, familiarity with military aviation operations, secure IT environments, knowledge of mission-planning software and mapping tools, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working independently while supporting a team are preferred.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM , where it is sometimes necessary to remain flexible regarding unit needs.

In this role, you'll be the trusted technical backbone of mission planning operations. Your day will involve maintaining and optimizing mission planning systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing critical data, and collaborating with teams to ensure readiness for training, exercises, and real-world contingencies.
