Location - Boise,

Directs the development of company employer marketing programs. Responsible for assessment of existing and potential markets, development of employer brand strategies, definition of promotional activities and campaign launch. Activities may include TA support; advertising / promotion; planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and directing the development of company employer marketing requirements for specific roles and hiring ramps. Selects, develops, and evaluates campaign strategies to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
