Project Systems Specialist - Unifier Administrator

Responsibilities
  • The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi‑year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Unifier platform, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades and optimization of the cost objects.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Unifier system configurations and workflows.
  • Configure and maintain core Unifier components, including but not limited to organizations, hierarchies, security roles, business processes, reports, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Unifier business processes, custom reports, and analytics to support projects and finance‑related functions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Unifier functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.
  • Stay up to date with new Unifier features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for their adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Unifier.
  • Provide end‑user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Unifier and its features.
  • Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Unifier updates, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Maintain data in the system for integrity and compliance.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality.
  • Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience as a Unifier Administrator, with setup and configuration.
  • Experience with Unifier integration tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in Unifier reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system‑related issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Unifier configuration and administration in a global or multi‑entity organization.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Systems such as Unifier.
  • Advanced knowledge of BI Publisher reporting for Unifier.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology specific field or equivalent job related experience.
  • Understanding of database systems and networks.
  • Strong knowledge of software system design and implementation of PIMS Systems.
