Adaptive from Workday Consultant

Location: Remote, US based

Duration: 4-6+ months (part-time, flexible hours)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support a new Adaptive Planning implementation. This is a hands‑on consulting opportunity covering the design, configuration, and deployment of key planning processes across Core FP&A, Workforce Planning, and Revenue Planning.

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions
• Design and build models, sheets, dimensions, versions, and reporting dashboards
• Develop workforce planning and revenue planning models aligned with business requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and management reporting processes
• Provide best-practice guidance around model design, governance, and user adoption
• Assist with testing, training, and go-live activities

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
• Strong expertise in FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience implementing Workforce Planning and Revenue Planning modules
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with finance and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
