- Individuazione delle cause alla radice e coordinamento con gli stakeholder appropriati per guidarne la risoluzione;
- Collaborazione con i team interni e i fornitori esterni per affrontare e risolvere le problematiche;
- Comprensione dei flussi di integrazione tra le applicazioni e dei relativi processi
- NO attivitià di sviluppo
