We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Supervisor / Tech Bar Support professional to manage day-to-day IT support operations and provide hands-on technical assistance to end users.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the IT support/Tech Bar team.
- Provide hands-on technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor team performance and ensure proper adherence to IT support processes.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, requests, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end users.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, Tech Bar, Desktop Support, or Service Desk.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior IT Support Technician.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Windows, laptops/desktops, printers, and common enterprise applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support team members effectively.
