You will direct all tasks in the Quality Management Plan, drive quality control and continuous improvement, and report monthly on SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs to support the customer’s mission.
Requires 10+ years in IT/QA leadership, a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, ASQ CMQ/OE or Lean Six Sigma BB, and a Secret security clearance; ITIL 4 Foundation is preferred.
