We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant with a strong background in US and Canadian Payroll configuration and support. You will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Workday Payroll solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor—guiding clients through best practices, helping them enhance their existing configurations, and ensuring smooth, compliant payroll operations across their Workday landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of Workday Payroll solutions, with a focus on
Partner with client Payroll leads to analyze, enhance, and expand existing Payroll configurations and business processes.
Manage functional adjustments and configuration updates while evaluating downstream impacts across modules.
Support clients in troubleshooting payroll issues and optimizing system performance.
Collaborate closely with internal and client teams across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to ensure seamless integrations and accurate processing.
Prioritize and respond to client cases, maintaining a high level of service delivery.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration , including US and Canadian Payroll
.Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting in the Canadian/US context.
Proven experience managing payroll processes using Strada Payroll systems
Proven ability to review, analyze, and refine existing payroll configurations and processes.
Proficiency in Workday modules related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and time management abilities with a proven record of meeting deliverables.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to see the broader business context.
Fluent in English
College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
Exposure to global payroll implementations beyond the US/Canada.
Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and business process configuration
