Senior Interface Analyst

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Our headquarters are in New Jersey, and local team members are welcome to work in the office if they prefer.

The INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will be responsible for all Integrations related functions, including but not limited to participating in projects, support, working with 3rd party vendors and reporting. This role is largely a second-tier position for questions, requests and projects related to Integrations Team functions.

The INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will report to:
Interface Team Manager

Principle Functions:

• Professional Services Analysts
• Building and Implementing Interfacing Solutions as well as maintaining integration solutions.
• Provide varying degrees of support (phone, in person, on-site, or as required) related to interface. Provide technical service and troubleshoot thoroughly. Report and/or document escalations as needed. Identify technical issues and provide resolutions to customers.
• Documentation:
  System Design, Software and Implementation documentation – Technical and non-Technical. Test processes and information gathering with the goal of improving test processes and quality and efficiency of product.
• Projects and Professional Services including and not limited to:
  Interface Migrations, Upgrades, Go-Live Support, IPC, Database Exports, HL7 Interfaces and Customizations
• Any duties that may be relevant and industry acceptable for the Senior Interface Analyst role such as:
