Vault insures what matters most to its clients, from yachts and private aircraft to fine art and jewelry. Our technology has to be as dependable as that promise. We recently consolidated our cloud footprint into a single Azure environment, which simplified our architecture and strengthened our security posture. We are now looking for a seasoned leader to build on that foundation and shape an environment that is resilient, well governed and ready to scale with the business.
You will lead our cloud engineering, infrastructure, cyber engineering and security operations functions. You will be a trusted senior partner to the Head of Technology Infrastructure, and you will develop and lead an established engineering team day to day. IT service management and IT operations will sit with a peer leader, so you can focus fully on cloud, infrastructure and security.
What You Will Do- Lead, develop and grow a team of cloud, infrastructure and security engineers, building the next generation of leaders within it.
- Set the direction for our Azure environment, hardening the architecture and introducing multi-zone and geo-redundant resilience for business-critical applications.
- Direct security operations and cyber engineering, raising the maturity of our controls across the environment.
- Align cloud architecture with our data classification and control model as we roll it out.
- Position our controls and architecture to meet evolving regulatory expectations so we can scale quickly as the company grows.
- Manage relationships with key infrastructure and security vendors.
- A proven record of leading cloud, infrastructure and security teams, with a genuine commitment to developing people.
- Strong command of Azure architecture and a broad cloud engineering background.
- Experience directing security operations and cyber engineering functions.
- Experience designing resilient, highly available architecture, including multi-zone and geo-redundant deployments.
- Success leading teams across locations and time zones.
- Experience with data classification, control frameworks and regulated environments.
