For our client, we are seeking a IT Systems Analyst Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning complex enterprise needs into clear system requirements and technical specifications. You will help shape how systems behave across integrated platforms, with a strong focus on data flows, processing logic, and validation rules. The position calls for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, strengthen documentation quality, and support sound decision‑making across the technology landscape.
It is well suited to a professional who can influence outcomes in a cross‑functional, enterprise environment.
Location:
Remote
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead the analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system specifications
- Create and review detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Define processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise use cases
- Ensure system requirements are complete, high quality, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Analyze enterprise-wide system impacts and data flows across platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Ten years of related experience or equivalent education and experience required
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications required
- Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior
- Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred
