We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant
with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations, functional design, configuration, and system setups
, preferably involving new implementations from scratch.

This position requires traveling to the client's warehouse for two consecutive weeks every month
until project completion. Travel expenses will be covered.

• Lead and support end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations, including new implementations from scratch.
• Perform hands‑on functional configuration, solution design, and application setups
  in Oracle OM Cloud.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules, focusing primarily on Order Management.
• Design and optimize order‑to‑cash processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, pricing, and inventory integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless implementation.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Provide functional documentation, troubleshooting, and end‑user training.
• Work collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP/SCM experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
  in a functional consulting or advisory role.
• At least 3 full life‑cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations.
• Proven experience with brand‑new Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations (greenfield implementations).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle OM Cloud configuration, functional design, and system setups.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud experience with 2–3 of the following modules, with a strong emphasis on Order Management:
  • Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Shipping Execution
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Inventory Management
  • Configurator
  • Planning Central
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Strong understanding of Oracle SCM business processes and order‑to‑cash workflows.
• Experience working on global Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel onsite for two consecutive weeks every month
  until the project is completed.

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory processes.
• Experience with integrations between Oracle Order Management and other SCM modules.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.

An experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant
with 15+ years of Oracle experience, 5+ years of Oracle Cloud expertise, and at least 3 full life‑cycle OM Cloud implementations. The candidate must be genuinely hands‑on with configuration, solution design, and setups
, rather than having only support, testing, or functional advisory experience.
