Real Estate Attorney - Boise, Idaho

Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a real estate attorney with 4+ years of real estate experience to join the Real Estate Department in the Boise, Idaho office. Parsons is a regional law firm headquartered in Salt Lake City that has national expertise in numerous practice areas. The firm is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming, and the Intermountain Region.

The ideal candidate will join the firm’s real estate department, working on a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions.

• Experience with, or interest in, counseling clients on a wide range of real estate matters
• Experience providing legal advice and guidance to clients involving buying, selling, leasing, developing, or financing real estate properties
• Ability to review contracts, negotiate deals, review title commitments and surveys, handle property disputes, and ensure compliance with zoning and land-use regulations
• Ability to assist with the closing process, including the preparation and review of closing documents
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment and adherence to high ethical standards
• Strong academic credentials
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Idaho or ability to be admitted by motion
