Backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering are required. Law firm experience prosecuting patents is preferred; experience drafting software and machine learning patent applications is a plus. The role offers the opportunity to work in a small, collaborative department supported by large law firm resources.
