About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing law firm based in Boise, , with a strong focus on family law, including divorce, child custody, guardianship, and division of assets. As their practice continues to expand, they are looking to add motivated attorneys to their dynamic team.

We are seeking both new and experienced Associate Attorneys with a passion for family law and a commitment to supporting clients through emotionally challenging legal matters. Ideal candidates will be self-starters ready to take on a full caseload with support from a collaborative legal team. This role is exclusively focused on the practice of law

• Manage family law cases from intake to resolution with team support
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and present findings
• Advise clients on legal options and strategy
• Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
• Collaborate with firm partners, staff, and fellow attorneys
• Supervise and work alongside paralegals and legal assistants

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho
• 25 years of experience in family law
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• ficient with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis)
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
