Associate Attorney

About the Firm

We are working with a successful civil litigation law firm in Boise, , seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the team.

Boise,  (hybrid after training period)

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year + bonuses
• Billable
  
  Hours:
  
  1,700 per year

• Manage civil litigation cases across a variety of practice areas, including commercial, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, real estate, labor & employment, property damage, and product liability.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and pre‑trial preparation.
• Participate in trial and post‑trial activities.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active Idaho bar license in good standing.
• Strong commercial and defense litigation experience preferred.
• Must be commutable to Boise, .
