With complex civil litigation and eDiscovery experience, you may be the newest Litigation Paralegal for this Pacific Northwest firm that represents some of the most highly regarded companies in the area. In this role, you’ll support partners specializing in a wide range of insurance defense and commercial litigation matters with a focus on medical, trucking, and professional liability.
Responsibilities- Full case management from inception to settlement or trial.
- Collect, process, and manage discovery utilizing eDiscovery software.
- Prepare medical summaries and chronologies for injury law cases.
- Take on some billable work without the pressure of billing requirements.
- 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with case management and eDiscovery software.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
