Summer clerks who are hired into our 2027 program as 2

Ls will join one of our eight practice groups. This opportunity is with Holland & Hart’s Corporate Practice Group in our Boise office.

• Our summer clerks gain valuable legal experience through:
• Substantive research and writing assignments
• Participation in a wide variety of legal projects
• Legal and practical skills training programs
• Dedicated mentorship and work assignment supervision
• Pro bono opportunities and community service
• Networking events and social activities

We seek well-rounded law students in the JD class of 2028 who demonstrate strong academic performance and intellectual capability; effective interpersonal and communication skills; and motivation, maturity, creativity, and independence. Participation in mock trial, moot court, or law journal (as a 2L) is highly preferred.
