About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Buyer who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and enjoys owning the full purchasing and planning process.

This isn’t a narrow, transactional role. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring materials are available to meet production demands, balancing cost, quality, and timing, while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and sales.

What You’ll Do:

* Own end-to-end purchasing: sourcing, quoting, negotiating, and issuing POs
* Build and maintain demand forecasts tied to production plans and business inputs
* Plan and manage material requirements to support manufacturing schedules
* Support costing and pricing by maintaining accurate standard costs
* Partner with sales to provide reliable cost data for quotes
* Monitor supplier performance and proactively address delivery or quality issues
* Strengthen and manage relationships with key vendors and niche suppliers
* Analyze inventory and recommend reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment strategies
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain with shifting priorities
* Identify and drive cost savings opportunities
* Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (lead times, pricing, supplier info)
* Support compliance with quality and aerospace standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement across supply chain processes
