We’re looking for a Lead Detailer / Assistant Manager to help maintain Maverick’s reputation for top-quality vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a variety of vehicles

• Perform high-level detailing (interior/exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, etc.)
• Set the quality standard for all finished vehicles
• Inspect and sign off on completed work to ensure Maverick’s standards are met
• Provide guidance and coaching to other detailers when needed
• Assist the manager in keeping workflows efficient and supplies organized
• Step in with hands-on detailing to support the team and set the pace
