Farm Manager – North Operations 🌱

We're looking for a hands‑on Farm Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on our North farm in Parma, Idaho
. This is not a desk job. It’s for someone who understands irrigation, crops, people, and equipment—and isn’t afraid to get their boots dirty.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage irrigation for ~65 pivots
• Oversee pumps, schedules, and total water application
• Apply water to crops as directed and maintain accurate records

Crop & Field Operations

• Plant corn, wheat, and beans (strip till)
• Oversee spraying, harvest, and all fieldwork
• Record crop data by pivot
• Maintain dikes and field readiness
• Maintain equipment during the off-season
• Oversee chemical applications across all fields
• Ensure proper execution and compliance
• Supervise all employees and daily operations
• Typically manage a crew of ~4, expanding during harvest
• Dry corn as directed
• Oversee corn storage
• Track daily milled corn deliveries and forward paperwork for billing
