The Director, Product Management – Life Cycle Assessment is responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Assent’s LCA capabilities. This leader translates customer needs, life cycle assessment methodologies, evolving standards, market opportunities, and technical constraints into scalable B2B SaaS solutions.

This individual will lead and develop a team of Product Managers and work closely with sustainability and LCA subject-matter experts, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Director will ensure that product decisions balance scientific credibility, customer usability, technical feasibility, commercial value, and the transparency and traceability required for defensible environmental information.

This includes identifying opportunities to responsibly apply AI and machine learning to improve data collection, classification, calculation workflows, insight generation, and customer decision-making, while maintaining appropriate transparency, validation, human oversight, and scientific integrity.
