Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a driven, hands-on technician to join our team that specializes in engineered materials and coating solutions for semiconductor applications worldwide.

Role and Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):

* Doing basic maintenance work and small repairs

* Working in, on, and around Machinery in Manufacturing Environment

* Performs oil and filter changes, monitors and fills chiller fluids, replenishes coolants and lubricates joints and fittings as needed.

* Cleaning coolant tanks/reservoirs, cleaning radiators, coils and heat exchangers.

* Installing and replacing oil filters, air filtration filters, vacuum system filters and coolant system filters and performing system temperature monitoring and coolant mix ratio adjustments and monitoring.

* This work requires good dexterity and ability to use hand tools and requires standing, bending, stooping, climbing to work on ladders, scissor lift, mezzanines, and machinery.

* The environment presents risks that can lead to cuts, strains, and other injuries, so an attention to detail and a focus on safety are crucial.

* Attention to detail is required for mix ratios, specific filter types, media, mesh sizes, oil types, fluid types, coolant types, cleanliness

* Proper disposal of fluids, oils, coolants, filters, and any other waste

* Keep work area clean and tidy

* Capable of proper use of Trade related Hand & Power tools

* Proper utilization of Equipment Manuals to perform assigned task to designated standards

* OEM Specific Training on equipment as needed

* Follow all business policies, safety policies, and environmental requirements

* Satisfactory perform tasks from verbal or written instruction, work orders & PM forms as assigned by manager

* Accurate reporting of equipment needs & requirements

* Collect analytical Data from Machinery for collection & Diagnostics

* Safety PPE use

Physical Demands:

* Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner

* Ability to use lifting assist

* Ability to work in tight spaces

* Ability to work at heights without issue

* Lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, stooping, etc
