Percent of pay range provided by Boise Cascade Company: $34,800.00/yr – $64,600.00/yr.

Responsibilities- Responsible for construction of doors and windows made to order in the pre‑finish department, including painting and/or staining.
- Check product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles, size).
- Set up door machinery and equipment to specifications.
- Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment and storage area.
- Apply and understand mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
- Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
- Follow Boise Cascade safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- May train others and ensure work is completed and built to order specifications.
- May be responsible for raw materials and finished goods inventory, and materials order replenishment.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED or two years equivalent work experience. Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work‑related instructions. - Preferred Qualifications:
Role may require technical certification, or associate’s degree.
