Since its formation in 1981, Mesa has been there to help with any move whether its local, coast to coast, or international. The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.

• Create crates based on company standards and customer requirements
• Prepare and package various commercial and consumer products for storage
• Determine appropriate storage and location of property and equipment considering weight limits and required space
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Regularly lift 40+ pounds
• The ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
• Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead
