We are looking for a Forklift Operator to move pallets, support production, load/unload trailers, sort pallets by hand, repair damaged pallets, and maintain a safe working environment.

USD $18.50 - $19.50 / Hour

1st Shift Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Boise,

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand‑sort wooden pallets as required
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun as required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1–3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulate
• Repetitive body movements: bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, sit in a forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths
• Noise level dependent on location
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. and 75 lbs
