Senior Technical Writer (Manufacturing / Semiconductor) Compensation
· The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour
· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Senior Technical Writer (Manufacturing / Semiconductor) Highlights
· This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
· The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, Day Shift, 8 hours per day, Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite in Boise, 1 day remote)
Senior Technical Writer (Manufacturing / Semiconductor) Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain complex technical documentation for a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to develop accurate, production-ready documentation
- Manage controlled documentation systems including change management and periodic reviews
- Create and maintain training and certification documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Administer file storage repositories, metadata, and access permissions
- Develop graphs, reports, and dashboards to support operational and training decisions
- Define and manage documentation projects including scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Apply best-known methods (BKMs) to documentation systems, automation, and workflows
