Production Associate / Production Line
Nidec is seeking production staff in the United States to support assembling generators and components. Starting rates are $24.43 for skilled labor with a sign-on bonus, and $20.78 for production roles, with increases every 3 months up to a 12-month cycle.
Benefits include Day 1 eligibility, 9% 401k contribution, holidays, and vacation. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with premiums: 2nd shift pays a 5% premium; 3rd shift carries a 10% premium.
