Marketing Events Coordinator
Bath Concepts Independent Dealers. A leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, we are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance‑free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.

• Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows.
• Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators.
• Schedule demonstrators to work events.
• Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear down.
• Set appointments for a free in‑home consultation at events and shows.
• Collect contest entries.
• Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for a free in‑home consultation.
• Measure and report results.

• Strong communications skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
