Pay Range: $45

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive employer marketing programs to attract top talent.
• Assess existing and potential markets to identify opportunities for growth and brand enhancement.
• Define and implement promotional activities and campaigns across multiple channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Support Talent Acquisition efforts through targeted advertising and strategic promotional initiatives.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of employer branding strategies tailored to specific roles and hiring ramps.

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on employer branding or related fields.
• Strong strategic planning and campaign management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
