We’re looking for a Growth Manager to lead and scale Slips’ marketing efforts across performance, brand, social, PR, and on-the-ground activation. This role owns the growth engine end-to-end — from strategy to execution — and oversees the marketing department as Slips scales.

You’ll be responsible for how users discover Slips, why they sign up, and how the brand shows up everywhere from digital channels to live events and college campuses.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can blend data-driven growth, creative intuition, and real-world activation.

• Own Slips’ overall growth and marketing strategy across paid, organic, and field channels
• Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget, including media buying and performance optimization
• Oversee creative strategy and execution across ads, social, lifecycle, and brand campaigns
• Lead social media and PR, shaping Slips’ voice, narrative, and cultural relevance
• Build and scale a field outreach program, including events, partnerships, and college activations
• Work closely with product to align launches, promotions, and growth initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously test, learn, and iterate
• Manage external partners, agencies, creators, and vendors
• Build and lead the marketing team as the company grows

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or performance roles
• Proven experience managing paid acquisition and media budgets
• Strong understanding of social, content, and brand-driven growth
• Experience leading or overseeing creative production
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bias toward ownership, experimentation, and results

• Experience in fintech, gaming, marketplaces, or consumer apps
• Familiarity with influencer and creator-led growth
• Experience running campus or grassroots marketing programs
• Background in PR, partnerships, or brand storytelling
• Passion for sports, culture, and social-first products

• Own growth at a next-generation peer-to-peer platform
